Overview

Nocturnals Intellisoft is looking for a sharp, confident, commercially minded Sales & Marketing Specialist to help drive growth, partnerships, market visibility, and client acquisition. This person must understand how to position a premium technology company, generate leads, communicate value clearly, support enterprise and institutional outreach, and help convert opportunities into business. This is not a low-level promo role. We want someone who can think strategically, communicate professionally, and help grow a serious technology company serving organizations, corporates, institutions, and high-value clients.

Responsibilities

  • Drive lead generation and business development efforts.
  • Identify and pursue partnerships, corporate opportunities, and institutional prospects.
  • Support sales pipeline development and follow-ups.
  • Help shape proposals, capability decks, outreach messaging, and positioning.
  • Manage and improve the company's marketing presence across digital channels.
  • Support branding, campaigns, launch messaging, and strategic visibility.
  • Contribute to go-to-market efforts for products and services.
  • Research markets, competitors, and high-value opportunities.
  • Help improve conversion from awareness to qualified opportunity.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, business development, or growth.
  • Ability to position premium technical products and services professionally.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and brand communication.
  • Ability to work independently and think strategically.
  • Comfortable representing a serious technology company.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up discipline.
  • Confident, polished, and commercially aware.

Nice-to-have qualifications

  • Experience selling technology solutions, software, SaaS, AI, or enterprise services.
  • Experience with B2B or institutional sales.
  • Experience writing proposals, company profiles, or pitch materials.
  • Understanding of LinkedIn marketing, outbound strategy, and business partnerships.
